For this project, we were tasked with combining 3 historical/cultural/pop culture topics for our concept. I chose to combine the 1745 Jacobite Rebellion, German Culture, and the Rise of Women in Motorsports.
I chose to create a children's wear collection for this project.
I created the pattern for the coat in Browzwear and fat-patterned the pants and shirt. The jacket is fully lined with cotton batting and an Antistatic lining material. The outer layer is made from sherpa and wool suiting. The shirt is just a basic long-sleeved shirt with a striped knit fabric. The pants are made with 7oz Denim in two colors. They consist of front and back patch pockets and side leg pockets with pocket flaps.
